Weekend MMA Fight

Our little town had its first mixed martial arts fight at the coliseum and, along with some of Mike's classmates, we got tickets to check it out. It wasn't super spectacular, but they did have one girl fight which was by far the most entertaining of the night. Our friend Jo said she could take on both the girls and win and she might be right! The smallest of the two girls definitely took a beating.

Also, we decided that if we were fighters we'd walk out to the theme song of "Throw Up Your Rawk Fist". Yep, we added it to the side bar music thing along with some songs from a band called Gaslight Anthem so check 'em out.

Jo and the Loser - her nose got it pretty good and she walked around with her nasty bloody shirt for the rest of the evening.
